What are your shipping costs?
For orders above € 49.90 the shipping costs are on us. For orders under € 49.90 we request a contribution towards the shipping costs of € 4.00.
Your order will be shipped with track & trace via PostNL or DPD.
What is the delivery time?
Each Wester & Wester Luxury Bracelet is handmade to order by one of our professionals in our atelier in Amsterdam. Therefore your order will reach you within a maximum of 4 working days.
What is your warranty policy?
Wester&Wester provides a 3 month warranty. If anything is wrong with your bracelet, please contact us by email
Within your order you always receive a warranty card, please save your warranty card to be able to claim your warranty.
Returns?
Do you need to return a product? Please contact us within 15 days for a return appointment.
We only accept returns in the original packaging and including the warranty card.
